I think it is worth doing because it highlights from the answers you give where you could use some improvement if you want to improve your longevity.  It also looks at physical, environmental and mental factors.  For example, I need to cut down on alcohol intake (no more than three drinks a week) and do more exercise.  Or even some exercise would be good.
